Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr FP&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, forecasting, and financial modeling process in collaboration with senior leadership
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide business growth and decision-making
• Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a planning system power user (e.g., Planful or Adaptive)
• Fluency in FP&A cadence and general ledger with ownership of forecasts and variance analysis
• Strong modeling skills, including driver-based models and ROI/unit economics
• Prior experience as a financial business partner in high growth SaaS, health-tech, or management consulting
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a selective institution or equivalent life experience
