Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments and portfolio analysis
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software systems
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals
