Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while enhancing financial performance visibility
• Build and maintain scalable financial models for decision-making and scenario analysis
• Analyze actuals vs. forecast and communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for executives
