Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to shape financial strategy and performance through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business trends and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning
• Design and implement advanced methods to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or a similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of P&L mechanics, forecasting, and financial statement interpretation
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Anaplan, SAP, Hyperion, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
