Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (GOS).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources and prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages
• Manage Account Performance Metrics including KPIs, CPIs, and SLAs
• Provide support and guidance to Accountants and Analysts and lead team meetings or projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Three to five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, BI Analytics, and other MS Office tools
