Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making for its Business Technology and Security organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated FP&A partner for Business Technology and Security teams, managing financial planning across operating expenses and headcount
• Lead financial planning processes, including annual planning, monthly forecasts, and budget management
• Analyze operating expense and headcount performance, delivering insights and recommendations to improve visibility and forecast accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to provide clear insights and recommendations
• Curiosity and excitement for AI and emerging technologies, with relevant experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for financial modeling and reporting
• A self-starter who adapts effectively in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes
