A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial management activities for Behavioral Healthcare grants and contracts, including budgeting and performance monitoring
• Oversee Federal and State reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supervise a Grants Analyst and provide mentorship and guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
