Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support its Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and preparation of annual and quarterly forecasts and long-term financial projections
• Collaborate with department leads to identify key performance indicators and provide strategic insights
• Mentor and train junior FP&A analysts while implementing best practices in financial planning and analysis

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in financial planning & analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting/Finance, or a related field
• Expert-level Excel skills and preferred SQL experience
• Working knowledge of financial data, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Ability to extract key insights from data and manage competing projects
