Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning across multiple healthcare business units
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI tracking
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support operational planning and strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance roles
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
• Experience supporting budgeting and management reporting in a complex organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business-focused insights
