Key Responsibilities

• Build complex Excel valuation models for acquisitions and divestitures
• Manage the due diligence process, including site visits and data collection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field from a top undergraduate program
• 2-4 years of transaction-oriented analytical experience, preferably in investment banking or corporate development
• Significant direct transaction experience is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deal environment
• Self-starter with strong finance and analytical skills
