Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning models
• Analyze monthly results against forecasts and budgets, providing insightful commentary on variances and trends
• Act as a finance business partner to operational teams, providing analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; CPA or MBA is a strong plus
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
• Strong track record of performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required
• Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite) preferred
