Key Responsibilities

• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports, presenting key performance indicators to stakeholders
• Conduct variance analysis to identify financial gaps and support budget planning
• Develop automation strategies and streamline reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling
• Demonstrated understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience with enterprise financial systems and business intelligence tools is preferred
