Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
• Partner with FP&A Managers and Department leaders on business strategy and spending initiatives
• Produce KPI reporting and deliver executive-ready analysis for variance reviews and board-level materials

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior-level experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Investment Banking
• Strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel, with the ability to work with large data sets
• Experience supporting forecast/budget cycles and preparing leadership-level financial reporting
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
• Understanding of FP&A technology systems, including Netsuite, Workday, and Adaptive
