Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives within the Ophthalmology business unit
• Develop and enhance budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans using financial models
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and performance drivers, providing actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or operations analytics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience with large datasets
• Experience in healthcare services or multi-site operations
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; familiarity with SQL preferred
