Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support data-driven strategic and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives within the Ophthalmology business unit
• Develop, maintain, and enhance budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans using financial models
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers, and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or operations analytics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with large datasets
• Experience in healthcare services or multi-site operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
