Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and reporting of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with client requirements
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, preparing accurate financial reports
• Produce and analyze variance reports, partnering with business operations teams to identify trends and recommend actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of enterprise financial systems such as PeopleSoft or Hyperion Planning
• Demonstrated commitment to compliance standards and internal controls
