Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Financial Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting client-level financial planning and analysis, overseeing financial reporting, and collaborating with various teams to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and distribution of site-level financials and provide insights on performance trends
• Develop strategic business plans, budgets, and forecasts while collaborating with teams on strategic initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements and ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software)
• Knowledge of full cycle P&L and financial regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• MBA and experience within the Healthcare or Pharmacy sector are advantageous
