Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Financial Analyst, a full-time remote position, is responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for R&D and Support functions while collaborating with leadership to drive financial strategy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgets and forecasts for R&D departments and build financial models to project Opex trends
• Perform detailed variance analysis and prepare reports summarizing findings for leadership review
• Monitor Opex spending and develop KPIs to track efficiency, while preparing regular financial reports

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance related field
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Sheets
• Strong financial and business modeling skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high growth organization
