Job Summary

Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for leading the Monthly Business Review process and enhancing business performance through scalable processes, is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Monthly Business Review process to identify risks and actionable opportunities
• Build and implement standard work and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose performance issues and identify solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A/accounting experience
• Proven ability to analyze business performance and quantify issues
• Experience supporting executive-level reviews and decision-making processes
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting preferred
