Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial management within the Behavioral Healthcare division, the full-time salaried Senior Financial Analyst will oversee grant and contract management, lead financial reporting, and supervise a Grants Analyst while primarily working remotely with occasional office visits.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial management activities for Behavioral Healthcare grants and contracts, including budgeting and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance and timely submission of Federal and State financial reports
• Supervise and mentor a Grants Analyst, providing guidance on financial documentation and team development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a dynamic environment
