Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making in healthcare operations, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will perform advanced financial analysis and reporting, lead complex financial projects, and mentor accounting staff while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash forecasting and capital planning
• Oversee budgeting processes and provide recommendations for process improvements and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Demonstrated leadership or project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
