Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the financial operations of the Facilities and Capital Planning department, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will conduct financial reconciliations, prepare reports, assist with project maintenance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial statements in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations and financial analyses, including preparation and review of journal entries
• Support billing activities for capital projects and decentralized functions within the department
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve complex financial issues across multiple functional areas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial management or project accounting
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems
• Experience with accounting reconciliations and maintaining financial integrity
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead multifunctional teams
