Job Summary

Partnering with the Finance Manager, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will enhance treasury and financial management functions, focusing on financial planning and analysis, risk management, and leveraging advanced data analytics and AI tools to improve decision-making and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate financial planning and analysis, including the development of forecasts and actionable recommendations for business leaders
• Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance forecasting, automate reporting, and drive financial insights
• Support balance sheet strategy and risk management initiatives, providing analysis to guide financial performance and capital allocation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury functions, with credit union or banking experience preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
• Experience with data analytics and financial technology platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL
