Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

As a key member of the Workforce Technology team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will ensure financial accuracy and strategic insight across various operational areas, influencing leadership decisions and optimizing spending while working remotely within the U.S. Central Standard Time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Translate operational performance into actionable financial intelligence to inform leadership decisions
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Managed Services Providers to drive decisions that enhance cost-effective service delivery
• Guide refresh cycles, deployment strategies, and contract negotiations to strengthen vendor accountability and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3 or more years of related financial analysis experience
• Experience within IT operations, managed services, or technology environments
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and spend analysis
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and reside within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
