Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the company's Financial Planning & Analysis organization, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will focus on operating expense planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes while partnering with department leaders on variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to aid in business planning and strategic decision-making
• Serve as a finance partner to functional leaders, helping them understand financial performance drivers and budget implications

Required qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or other analytical business roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Familiarity with SaaS businesses, ERP systems, and BI Tools, particularly Salesforce and HiBob
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
