Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and analysis in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Financial Analyst will manage reporting and analysis of operational cost drivers, develop financial models, and assist with budgeting processes while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis, including insights on inventory and supplier performance
• Develop and maintain scalable financial models and analytical tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Support the annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes, validating assumptions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, cost/operations finance, or accounting support
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with ERP and finance systems, with knowledge of general ledger concepts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance partners
