Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Financial Analyst to lead expense forecasting and strategic projects while partnering with finance and business leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Become a trusted partner and advisor for senior executives, providing financial decision-making support
• Develop and manage the budget and forecasting process, including headcount and non-labor expenses
• Generate variance analyses and presentations to communicate financial trends and insights to leadership and investors

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, or the SaaS/Cloud industry
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience with financial planning and reporting systems; familiarity with Workday Adaptive is a plus
