Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Strategic Finance team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will lead expense forecasting, manage the budget and forecasting process, and provide financial decision-making support to senior executives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and own the budget and forecasting process, including headcount and non-labor expenses
• Generate variance analyses and presentations for leadership and external communications
• Perform month-end closing activities and assist in automating reports and analyses

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, or financial services, preferably in the SaaS/Cloud industry
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, business intelligence tools (Tableau/PowerBI), and ERP systems; experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and insights development
