Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Participating in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage month-end analysis and reporting, utilize the Workday Adaptive financial reporting system, and provide decision support to enhance financial performance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports month-end close by reviewing financial results, resolving variances, and generating executive financial statements
• Participates in budget and forecasting activities, preparing financial outlooks in collaboration with functional VPs and executives
• Assists with product pricing processes by preparing pricing analysis to assess profitability for revenue initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis
• Advanced knowledge of reporting systems such as Hyperion and Workday, as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proven ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders
