Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing complex financial data, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will prepare financial reports, develop financial models, and provide recommendations to leadership while supporting month-end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial information and provide timely recommendations for management decision-making
• Develop sophisticated financial models and evaluate financial trends to identify cost savings and revenue enhancement opportunities
• Manage dashboard reporting to track monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and expenses while supporting Strategic Business Units

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in finance, with a preference for accounting experience
• Strong understanding of the financial structure and business practices of the managed care industry
• Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel and financial software such as Hyperion Essbase
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
