Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Operating with a high degree of independence, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage JWX's integrated 3-statement financial model, support board-level financial reporting, and serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the fully integrated 3-statement financial model and perform variance analysis to provide actionable insights
• Prepare board-level presentations and management decks, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial reporting
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, particularly in corporate FP&A or business finance
• Strong Excel skills with proven ability to build integrated 3-statement models from scratch
• Proficient in PowerPoint with experience producing polished, board-quality presentations
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or FP&A platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, or similar
