Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on revenue modeling and sales commissions, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage the end-to-end design and execution of sales commission programs, analyze key GTM metrics, and drive financial insights for the Finance and GTM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh the ARR model monthly, analyzing trends by customer, product, and revenue type
• Administer sales commission and incentive compensation plans, ensuring data accuracy and timely payouts
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting packages for the Executive team and provide insights on revenue data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with commission management platforms, preferably CaptivateIQ
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting techniques
• Expert knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI, PowerQuery, and PowerPivot is a plus
