Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting corporate financial planning and analysis, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage complex datasets, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and enhance financial predictability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles while enhancing corporate financial models
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial performance to prepare internal and external reporting deliverables
• Analyze actual performance versus plan/forecast, identifying trends, variances, and business drivers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A or analytical fields, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and US GAAP
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and experience with BI tools and ERPs
• Proven ability to synthesize data and present insights to senior leadership effectively
