Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting R&D financial performance, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while working remotely to provide insights and analysis to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyze R&D spending, resource deployment, and alignment with strategic priorities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and identify key performance insights for stakeholders
• Build and maintain financial models and assist in developing budgeting and forecasting presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role, particularly supporting R&D functions
• Proficiency with time-tracking tools like Jira and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Aptitude for utilizing AI and participating in operational transformations
