Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial reporting, billing support, and ad hoc analysis while collaborating with Finance and Client Services leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly close processes and variance analysis while educating client services on accounting concepts
• Support Client Services and Finance Managers in developing and managing annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and quarterly business review decks, collaborating with operations to identify financial risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred but not required)
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, controllership, or administrative operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and CMMS (Corrigo preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts
