Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to work full-time in a remote capacity, who will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic financial analysis to support critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and decision support for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews, including executive-ready reports and dashboards
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities
• Experience preparing management reporting and presentations for senior leaders
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems or business intelligence tools
