Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner to the Retail business, the full-time hybrid Senior Financial Analyst will provide advanced financial analysis and insights to drive profitability and long-term growth, influencing pricing decisions and investment prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Retail sales and leadership teams, delivering insights that influence pricing, margin optimization, and strategic decision-making
• Lead advanced financial analysis and modeling, including contribution margin, customer profitability, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial review materials for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, drivers, and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent field (MBA a plus)
• 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Advanced financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel; experience with large, complex datasets and financial systems
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, including pricing, margins, and profitability analysis
