Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a high-paced, growth-oriented PE-backed software company, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will develop and manage financial reporting, business analysis, modeling, and forecasting activities while leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the VP of FP&A with financial and business analysis related to forecasting, reporting, and annual planning, delivering accurate information to stakeholders
• Support financial planning activities including revenue projections, forecasts, and operating plans, while establishing key reporting deadlines
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or completion of an MBA
• Experience with annual planning or budget cycles
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to emerging technologies, including AI-based financial tools
• Experience in the global software/SaaS industry is preferred
