Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making across healthcare and corporate operations, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will perform advanced financial analysis and reporting, develop financial models, and lead complex financial projects while working remotely from specified states.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and capital planning
• Develop and maintain financial models for cash forecasting and scenario analysis
• Oversee budgeting processes and provide recommendations for process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Demonstrated leadership or project management experience
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in healthcare is preferred
