Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance organization in a full-time capacity, responsible for managing software spend reporting, developing financial models for budgeting, and optimizing costs across software and AI vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting on software and consumption-based vendor spend, including building dashboards for budget vs. actuals and trend analysis
• Lead the annual budgeting process for software categories and produce monthly variance analysis with clear explanations of drivers
• Manage financial relationships with software vendors, monitoring billing structures and tracking spend against commitments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with exposure to technology or software spend management
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and experience with billing exports from cloud or SaaS vendors
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for spend reporting and dashboards
