Job Summary

Focused on driving balanced financial and strategic business outcomes, the full-time remote Senior Strategic Financial Analyst will partner with executives to develop actionable financial objectives and facilitate financial management programs that enhance resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and facilitates financial management programs linking financial, operational, and business strategy to drive measurable results
• Advises and influences business decisions on various issues while leading positive internal change
• Creates complex financial models and analysis using advanced analytical techniques and financial systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a client-focused finance partner or finance consultant role
• Proven ability to gather and analyze data, perform financial and strategic analysis, and drive actionable business cases
• Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and competitive landscape
