Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Performing advanced financial analysis and reporting, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will support strategic decision-making in healthcare operations while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and organizational goals
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash forecasting and scenario analysis
• Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting, and provide recommendations for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting with demonstrated leadership experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems
• Experience in healthcare is preferred
• CPA, CMA, or CFP certification is preferred
