Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing financial and compliance analysis, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will support principal investigators in the College of Science with post-award administration and financial reporting in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze research funding portfolios and generate financial reports for principal investigators
• Ensure compliance with regulations by reviewing project expenditures and providing guidance on cost allowability
• Assist in the administration of grants, including submitting transactions and maintaining project records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in higher education or a business setting
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance, with the ability to manage budgets
• Familiarity with federal grant administration is preferred
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
