Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of operations, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will partner with site leadership to manage labor, evaluate automation investments, and enhance operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Mine data to identify opportunities for improving fixed cost structure and unit economics while supporting site expansions
• Own purchase order and headcount approvals, ensuring spending aligns with financial plans and strengthening financial controls
• Partner with site leadership to build financial plans and reporting metrics that guide labor allocation and investment priorities

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
• Prior experience with SQL, Python, or Looker is a plus
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
