Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join the remote Finance team, this full-time role will focus on building financial models, preparing executive reporting, and partnering with department leaders to drive performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance financial models for revenue, expenses, and forecasting while supporting annual budgeting processes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages, including variance analysis and KPI tracking, to inform leadership decisions
• Clean and analyze large datasets to uncover trends in healthcare finance and develop structured reporting dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4-8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or healthcare finance
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance concepts and core GAAP principles
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with AI productivity tools for enhancing financial analysis and reporting
