Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the finance team in shaping the next phase of growth, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting while collaborating with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights into company performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, synthesizing findings into actionable insights
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure company performance and support strategic decision-making through financial insights
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning activities, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Approximately 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related analytical environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
