Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, this fully remote position will drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support across the business while collaborating with various department leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating the annual budgeting process, developing budget models based on financials and market conditions
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue forecasting, expense management, and cash planning, while preparing monthly reporting for senior leadership
• Collaborate with department leaders to manage budgets, track performance, and provide financial guidance across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience in both public accounting and corporate environments
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to see the broader strategic picture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
