Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage core financial planning processes, maintain operational and financial forecast models, and prepare financial performance packages for executive leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and department-level planning while partnering with business owners
• Prepare and present monthly financial performance packages, including variance analysis and trend commentary
• Build financial models to evaluate new market entry, partnership structures, and capital deployment decisions

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth operator finance role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
• Experience mentoring analyst colleagues
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and document assumptions transparently
