Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health solution, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial modeling, analyze business trends, and forecast growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Support long-range planning and annual revenue modeling for the business
• Analyze revenue, expense, and operations metrics to inform strategic initiatives and provide recommendations to leadership
• Build complex financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and develop dashboards for key stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related fields
• BA/BS in Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or a related field
• Advanced modeling skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau and enterprise software preferred
• Ability to analyze financial statements comprehensively and retrieve data from SQL databases
• Proven success in developing processes and improving business operations with minimal supervision
