Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the financial management of complex contracts, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will oversee budget preparation, track expenditures, and provide analytical support to the Program Manager while collaborating with various functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage cost, schedule, and funding planning for large contracts, including developing Work Breakdown Structures and time-phased budgets
• Prepare financial estimates and monitor contract modifications, advising the program management team on impacts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and represent the Finance Team in leadership meetings, providing financial insights and recommendations

Required qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in project cost control or financial management, including budget development and contract interpretation
• Deep knowledge of contract types, execution methods, and relevant regulations such as CAS and FAR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• High School Diploma; BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred
• US citizenship required for work under DOD contracts
